Spark detection in pipelines

While detecting the fire hazards in the pipeline, it continuously and regularly checks the health status of all modules to ensure the good operation of the entire system. If the system finds damage, disconnection, and other faults, it can quickly locate and display, and alarm to notify the user.
? The spark probe is installed on the wall of the conveying pipeline to effectively capture the infrared rays emitted by the spark in the pipeline. Even if the spark is hidden in dense materials, the probe can detect it sensitively.
? Sensitive detection. Based on the study of the characteristic spectral curves of various sparks, the corresponding high-speed photosensitive element is selected to match the detection wavelength range. The probe can detect the smallest sparks and hot particles with high sensitivity; at the same time, the detection system can detect through high-density materials and dust.
? Photoelectric detection technology is used. Non-contact detection does not interfere with the object being detected and will not affect the normal production process. It also has the advantages of high sensitivity, good stability, low power consumption, and long life, making it suitable for uninterrupted industrial work.
? Wide-angle detection design, only two probes can fully cover the pipeline.
